🔍 We locate your requested item at Tokyo’s official stores and trusted boutiques.

 

Step 3 – Price & Payment Confirmation
💳 We share the total cost with you. Once confirmed, go to our “Personal Request” page, where your requested product will appear.
Simply click it and complete your payment securely.

 

Step 4 – Purchase & Quality Check
🛍️ We buy in person from authorized stores and carefully inspect every item.
Inspection photos can be provided upon request.

 

Step 5 – Worldwide Delivery
📦 We ship directly from Tokyo to your doorstep via DHL / FedEx / Japan Post EMS.
Tracking information is always provided immediately.
